The FAA requires 40 hours of flight time minimum (in addition to ground instruction). The estimate is based on 55 flight hours with about 40 two-hour blocks of instruction. We recommend that you schedule to fly twice a week allowing you to achieve a Private Pilot Certificate in about 20 weeks.
Traditional Private Pilot Course: $13,300.- 20 Weeks
Intensive/Accelerated Course: $10,099.- 2-3 Weeks see the Prerequisites below
Course Information:
AIRPLANE SINGLE ENGINE LAND (ASEL)
40 hours of flight time that includes 20 hours of flight training from a highly qualified authorized instructor and 10 hours of solo flight training.
DUAL FLIGHTS include three hours of cross-country flight training and three hours of night flight training including one cross-country flight of over 100 nautical miles total distance; and 10 takeoffs and 10 landings to a full stop (with each landing involving a flight in the traffic pattern) at an airport. Three hours of flight training on the control and maneuvering of an airplane solely by reference to instruments, including straight and level flight, constant airspeed climbs and descents, turns to a heading, recovery from unusual flight attitudes, radio communications, and the use of navigation systems/facilities and radar services appropriate to instrument flight. Three hours of flight training in preparation for the practical test (which must have been performed within the preceding 2 calendar months from the month of the test).
SOLO FLIGHTS include 10 hours of solo flight time consisting of at least-- 5 hours of solo cross-country time; one solo cross country flight of 150 nautical miles total distance, with full-stop landings at three points, and one segment of the flight consisting of a straight-line distance of more than 50 nautical miles between the takeoff and landing locations; and three takeoffs and three landings to a full stop (with each landing involving a flight in the traffic pattern) at an airport with an operating control tower.

Instrument Rating: $13,700.- (*)
$5,600 for instruction
$8,100 for airplane rental
The FAA requires 40 hours instrument flight time minimum. The estimate is based on 45 flight hours with about 80 hours of instruction.
When possible, some IFR students may be able to split time with a Safety Pilot to log instrument time, resulting in possible substantial savings.
Note: by flying instrument with the PA-24-250, you will already have the 10 hours complex airplane (Requirement for Commercial License) and you will get the two endorsements in your logbook one for Complex and one for High Performance a saving of $2,300.- on your future commercial license
DUAL FLIGHTS include a minimum of 15 hours with a CFII, the first few instrument lessons will cover all the basic maneuvers under the hood, when you will be comfortable, we will move to simple approaches and procedures like tracking radials, holds, use of the different navigation systems. Then, when your proficiency improves, we will progressively move to busier airports, like Class D&C where you will get accustomed to the heavier radio communications and procedures around these airports. This will involve as well Instrument flight training on cross country flight procedures.
NON DUAL FLIGHTS. There are no solo flights in your progression toward your instrument rating, however there is the possibility for you to fly with a safety pilot who will team up with you on a VFR day. You can save 50% on the rental of the aircraft and no CFII fee. This has to be with the authorization of the chief pilot.
Traditional IFR rating course: $13,700.- 20-22 Weeks
Intensive/Accelerated IFR course: $10,499.- 10 Days See below

Commercial ASEL: $22.400.- (*)
$19,600.- for Airplane Rental
$2,800.- for Instruction
FAA requires 250 total flight hours minimum.
The estimate is based on 120 hours time building (PA-38-112) and 20 hours dual flight instruction in 20 blocks of 2 hours each that includes: 10 hours (PA-24-250) Complex high performance (if not done during instrument rating) and 10 hours (PA-38-112).
During the 120 hours of time building, the commercial candidate can fly as a Safety Pilot for IFR students building their simulated instrument time (Subject to approval by the Chief Pilot). This result in considerable rent saving, we will make all our possible to help pair our students.
DUAL FLIGHTS. If not done during Instrument training, 10 hours in a complex airplane, then one 2 hours daytime cross country and one 2 hours nighttime.
SOLO FLIGHTS. 10 hours solo or with a CFI, as long as you perform as a PIC, including one cross country of no less than 300 nautical miles, 250nm from the point of departure, landing at 3 airports. 5 hours night VFR with 10 take offs & Landings at an airport with an operating control tower.
Traditional Commercial Course: $22,400.- Time depends on how much time you will dedicate to the 120 hours of time building.
Intensive/Accelerated Commercial Finishing Course: $5,750.- , 5 days. At this point, if you have been building your time with us:
